The real estate market predicts that 2024 will be marked as a positive year for the sector. This perspective comes after 2023 registered an increase of 22.2% in sales, resulting in more than 113 thousand units sold, indicate data compiled until the month of September by the Brazilian Association of Real Estate Developers (ABRAINC) and the Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Economic (FIPE).
In values, the growth was 24%, generating an accumulated amount of R$32.7 billion, also up to September, the most current date for which data is available. The research also mentions that the purchase intention of Brazilians was higher than in 2022.
